The new International Produce Market distributes produce to restaurants and other institutions in the Chicago area. The project is a collaborative effort among the developer, the City of Chicago, and the Produce Market Relocation LLC, representing produce businesses that relocated from South Water Market facilities that were originally built in 1925. The Produce Market is the first project in the Pilsen Tax Increment Financing District.
