For many years, the A.B. Dick Company occupied a 48-acre site in Niles that contained a million square foot manufacturing facility where offset printing equipment was made. Redevelopment of the site required the demolition of existing structures and the remediation of all environmental contamination. Developed by CenterPoint Properties, the site is now the home to Walgreens and Wal-Mart.
