Prior to construction of this condominium building, Carlson conducted a Phase I assessment and an asbestos survey of two buildings slated for demolition. Carlson supervised the removal of two underground storage tanks and a small amount of contaminated soil. In certain areas oily ground water was encountered. Carlson devised a dewatering system that treated the contaminated water so that it could be discharged safely into the combined sewer system.
